Shamanic Energy Sessions with Anita Vidya
I offer one-to-one shamanic energy sessions that work with your bioenergy field, ancestors, and body to support real, lived change. These sessions are held online and are 75 minutes in length.
Throughout and around the body, each person carries a field of subtle energy (prana, qi, lifeforce) that connects us with vitality, intuition, and spirit. Over time, this field can become dense or blocked through emotional overwhelm, trauma, illness, or ongoing stress. We may feel heavy, disconnected from our sense of meaning, or out of alignment with our own spirit.
In our time together, we enter a confidential, sacred space where we listen to what your system is asking for and work directly in your energy field. The intention is to clear and move stagnant energy, restore flow, and reconnect you with your own guidance.
A session may include:
Clearing and re-aligning the bioenergy field
Working with ancestors and land
Soul retrieval and illumination work
Intuitive messages and counsel
Gentle somatic or breath practices you can continue at home
Clients often describe feeling lighter in their body, clearer in their focus, and more connected to themselves after a session.
Sessions are currently offered online, 75 minutes, $155 CAD.

After our first session, if we both feel there is more to explore, we can discuss a 3-session Deepening Bundle or a longer journey together.
Deepening Sessions Bundle – 3 Sessions
For some people, one Shamanic Energy Session is enough to create movement, clarity, and relief. For others, there is a clear knowing:
“I don’t want to keep doing this work in fragments. I’m ready to walk deeper.”
The Deepening Sessions Bundle is a 3-session journey (3 x 60-minute online sessions) for those who are ready to move beyond one-off sessions and into a more intentional healing container.
Over three sessions, we allow the work to build over time rather than starting from scratch each visit. We listen for the threads that continue, tend the patterns that are asking for attention, and create space for real integration.
This bundle is especially supportive if you:
are wanting to deepen your own medicine and sensitivity, not just “feel better” for a week
are navigating a threshold, grief, or life transition
know that you integrate best with consistent, anchored support
Sessions weave the same elements as my individual work — clearing and realigning the bioenergy field, working with ancestors and land, soul retrieval and illumination work, intuitive counsel, and gentle somatic or breath practices you can continue at home.

Soul Retrieval
Each living person has a soul, which is a facet of Spirit and the collective consciousness. When we experience trauma or life‑changing events, parts of the soul can fragment or “step back” as a way to protect us. This is sometimes called soul loss. It can occur in this lifetime or carry forward from other lifetimes, and may show up as numbness, disconnection, addictions, anxiety, or a persistent sense that “a part of me is missing.”
Within shamanic work, doctoring for a person can involve retrieving and re‑welcoming soul pieces that are ready to return. Soul retrieval is not a technique I offer separately; it is one of the ways Spirit may choose to work in a session.
If soul retrieval is needed, we will:
Create a safe and resourced space
Track where and how the soul piece separated
Invite that part home with respect and consent
Offer you practices to nurture and integrate the return
Your first session is a 75‑minute Shamanic Energy Session. If ongoing support is needed, we will discuss follow‑up work together.
Healing, Intuitive & Death Doula
Beyond energy sessions, my private practice includes:
Land and Space Clearing
Anita supports families, communities, and organizations in tending the energetic and spiritual health of the places they live and work on. Land & space clearing may involve listening to the stories of a place, working with ancestors and spirits of the land, and creating offerings and practices to help shift patterns of hardship, conflict, or grief held in a home, property, or venue.
This work is highly individual and often requires a full day or more on the land. Fees typically range from $500–$5,000 CAD, depending on scope and travel. To explore this, please email Anita with details about the land, where it is, and what you are noticing.
Death, Marriage &
Rites of Passage
There are times when a form or venue aren’t enough: a loved one is dying, a relationship is ready to be witnessed, or someone is crossing a major threshold that wants to be marked with depth and care.
This is where I work.
As a shamanic practitioner and Death Doula, I accompany individuals, couples, families, and communities at these thresholds—deaths and Graduations/Aya gatherings, marriages and unions, and other rites of passage. Together we listen for what the moment is asking and shape a rite that honours the people, ancestors, and land.
We begin with email and then at least two consult calls to clarify what’s needed and co‑create the form and details.
Fees: Rites of passage start at $800 CAD for small, local gatherings and $1,500+ CAD for full‑day or more complex work, plus travel if I’m coming from outside your region.
Moon Lodge Teachings
Anita has spent many years sitting in Moon Lodge at Sundance ceremonies, deepening her connection to the sacred feminine and the wisdom of Grandmother Moon. Over the years, she has been honoured to learn from and sit with Sheila Nyman, a respected Moon Lodge Keeper. Through this journey, Anita has cultivated her role as a space holder for women’s circles and girls’ rites of passage, guiding young maidens as they step into their transformative journey.
If you are interested in hosting Anita for a women’s gathering, she would be honoured to share her offerings. These include sacred songs, Grandmother Moon teachings, and the creation of medicine bundles, with opportunities for crafting medicine bags or rattles. With warmth and reverence, Anita creates a sacred space for connection, healing, and celebration.
