In this apprenticeship you will learn through direct experience from a Peruvian Q’ero Lineage; the Medicine Wheel is a year commitment that weaves in lineages of Shamanic Yoga, Mountain Shamanism, and will assist opening up your unconscious self through expressive arts. Students will receive transmissions, practice ceremony and open sacred space every direction.
The old way is almost forgotten but there is a transition and increase of people that hold these teachings with a desire in healing the collective. It is our Seva (service) to continue on teaching this path with other Sacred teachers so that we can help to raise the vibration of others. WE as carriers are here to transform the way we live and SEE in this World.

We meet four times a year in each cardinal direction; South, West, North & East. The dates are chosen close to an auspicious time; new moon, full moon, solstice or equinox. In this apprenticeship you will become a Full Mesa Carriers in Mountain Shamanism; the heart altar comes from the Q’ero Lineage in Peru.
Accreditation of 150 hours through the Canadian Yoga Alliance
The Healers Journey. We begin our journey in the South direction, the place of the Serpent, Sachamama; we will learn to look at and heal this lifetime and begin to turn the page of our story. To look at the wounded healer within and masticate the wisdom to step in as the Healer. We will learn energy healing, you will receive ancient transmissions to awaken your Medicine Body. You will be introduced to the fire ceremony for transmutation and transformation as a tool to release binds that hold you from your highest human potential.
The Warrior’s Journey. We turn to face the West, the archetype Jaguar, Otorongo; who is our great ally who walks with us across the rainbow bridge to the other realms. Dive deep to honour your ancestors, we will work with bloodline trauma and exchanging it for the Gold of your family line. We will face one of the greatest fears, death. We learn to look directly in the eye of death, violence, and hate and transmute these fears into LOVE with impeccability and integrity.
The Teacher’s Journey. Then we look to the North, the Apu spirits (Mountain Wisdom keepers) and Royal Hummingbird, Sirwakente, as our guide and teacher. We move from the conscious into the unconscious and use poetry to listen to our divine hearts speak through to us. We learn to say yes to our destiny and make the commitment to Spirit through a solo fire ceremony. Learn deeper ways to see through the eyes of the Shaman through perceptual shifting.
The Visionary’s Journey. We end our Journey in the East, the great Eagle, Apuchin, who teaches us to fly high with creator so we can choose to live life from another perspective; a wider scope with keen vision. To see through the eyes of heart, the place of visionaries and seers. We will work with perceptual states and refine the teachings from the year. Students will offer a performance piece to share their gifts of their walk of transformation. You will receive a Spirit name through a graduation ceremony which is one of the greatest honour to receive.

Through this training you will become a full mesa carrier, a lineage passed down from the Q’ero people of the high Andean mountains of Peru. The uniqueness of this training is that it weaves in Expressive Arts for healing, Yoga and of course we will PLAY, PLAY, PLAY.
The Medicine Wheel is an apprenticeship into Mountain Shamanism; you will receive rites of passage, transmissions, ceremony, learn to do energy healing, Journeying using drums and rattles, and many other tools to assist you to embody and awaken the Medicine that is already inside of you.

I acknowledge and respect the land and ancestors on where I work, play and live. I live on unceded territory of the Coast Salish and St'at'imc Nations within the Sea to Sky corridor with my family; a place where I sweat, practice ceremony and listen intently to my Elders, teachers and friends from the Skwxwú7mesh, Tsleil-Waututh and St'at'imc Nations.
My ancestors guide me to build community and relations to the land and its ancestors.
I honour those of the Ucluelet ,Syilx, Ktunaxa & Sinixt Nation that I have been praticing and training students, I have respectfully invited respected Elders into opening sacred space and have asked for permission while learning about their protocols.
